our room was upgraded immediately upon arrival. it had perfect layout and good deco. all rooms feature a smart tv plus plenty of storage and vanities. pool access was really good. staff was helpful.
i noticed you can't refill your water bottle unless you purchase a special one from them. this felt unreasonable considering the heat. there should be accessible water stations.

The apartment had generous space. I felt very comfortable. the view from the room was beautiful, especially in the evening. the breakfast selection provided many options. the hotel also provided convenient access to the beach club nearby, a definite plus for relaxation.
it was occasionally audible from the room, particularly during the daytime. this impacted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

the rooms were large and spacious , and i was impressed with the pool and beach access. the food choices were vast at the buffet , and the staff were always fabulous. the staff are really good at this hotel. every staff member was helpful , and they assisted in every circumstance.
